Abstract- This study examines the innovative application of rhythmic pedagogy through the integration of rap music to enhance English as a Foreign Language (EFL) education. Covering a range of skilled language acquisition areas, including vocabulary retention, pronunciation, and listening comprehension, the research explores how the rhythmic and lyrical elements of rap music can be utilized as a dynamic educational tool. Through a qualitative approach encompassing classroom observations, feedback from learners, and language assessments, the effectiveness of rap music in engaging students and facilitating both linguistic and cultural learning was evaluated. Findings indicate that rap music’s rhythmic patterns and rhyme schemes greatly support the development of language skills, improving pronunciation, and offering students a deeper cultural perspective through the thematic content present in the lyrics. Despite these benefits, challenges such as the appropriateness of content and balancing musical engagement with educational goals were identified. The implications for language teaching practices include the potential for rap music to create immersive, interactive learning experiences that resonate with learners’ varied interests and promote inclusivity. Recommendations for future research highlight the need for continued investigation into the long-term effects of rap-based pedagogy, the development of instructional strategies, and the integration of rap music in addressing various learning challenges. This study contributes to a fuller understanding of the possibilities rap music offers in enhancing EFL instruction and learner engagement.
