On these websites, analyzing customer reviews can greatly improve user satisfaction and build loyalty. This paper has finds the latests techniques applied to analysis the visitor behavior, shopping experience, etc. Paper has list some of the indicators that help scholars to understand the behavior of the customer at different level of shopping.
