Abstract- A dedicated industrial policy specially for women entreprenurs in India gained significant momentum with the launch of the “Women Entreprenurship Platform” by the NITI Aayog in 2017 which aimed to create a unified platform to aggregate information and services for women entreprenurs, providing access to funding, incubation mentorship and networking opportunities effectively marking a significant step towards a foccussed policy for women in business.
