Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a transformative force in enhancing enterprise applications by enabling intelligent automation, data-driven decision-making, and improved operational efficiency. AI-based solutions are increasingly integrated into enterprise systems such as customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, and business intelligence platforms. These solutions leverage machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics to analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights. This paper examines the role of AI in modern enterprise applications, focusing on system architecture, integration strategies, and key technologies. It highlights how AI improves process automation, customer engagement, risk management, and resource optimization.
