Abstract: This paper examines how Society 5.0 can humanize Industry 5.0 through vocational education, social cohesion, and human-centered development in Australia. It argues that technical and vocational education should integrate interpersonal skills, civic engagement, and participatory learning alongside technical competencies to strengthen social inclusion and community resilience. Using a qualitative multi-method approach based on literature review and policy analysis, the study explores the relationship between education, employability, and inclusive socio-industrial development. The findings highlight that human-centered vocational curricula can enhance workforce adaptability, reduce social alienation, and support sustainable economic and social transformation. The study emphasizes the importance of aligning technological advancement with human well-being, inclusivity, and ethical development within Australia’s evolving Industry 5.0 and Society 5.0 transition.
