Abstract- Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) is an integral part of Human Societies as educating young children and it has a global scope. The study regarding ‘Early Childhood Care and Education towards Element of National Curriculum Framework – 2022’ is focused on analyzing the National Curriculum Framework – 2022 for Foundational Stage (NCF-FS) concerning Early Childhood Care and Education in a critical way. The methodology of the study includes reviewing articles related to the foundational stage, reviewing educational policies related to the foundational stage and content analysis of the National Curriculum Framework -2022 for Foundational Stage. The National Curriculum Framework -2022 for Foundational Stage provides the ample possibilities to strengthen education at foundational stage. The researcher has tried to provide input to the policymakers and stakeholders of education with the help of the findings received from the study. The curriculum of foundational stage meets a key focus area of the National Education Policy -2020. It emphasizes on play-based learning, multilingualism, and socio-emotional development to enhance pedagogical practices and address diverse learning needs. It also prioritizes holistic development, inclusivity, and learner-centric approaches. At the end of the study, it is determined that the National Curriculum Framework -2022 for Foundational Stage represents a pivotal advancement in early childhood education. Its emphasis on holistic development, inclusivity, and learner-centric approaches through play-based learning, multilingualism, and socio-emotional development holds immense potential for improving educational outcomes.
