Abstract: This paper aims to examine the interface between the study of English literature and management studies, specifically in the context of the extent to which literature can provide in-depth insights into leadership, power structures, ethical dilemmas, and organizational behavior, among other aspects. Literature, which is often seen as a mirror image of society, offers an in-depth portrayal of leadership, power struggles, and other aspects of human interaction, which are similar to contemporary organizational settings. In the study, the extent to which literature can provide in-depth insights into contemporary leadership, power structures, ethical dilemmas, and organizational behavior, among other aspects, will be highlighted through the examination of selected literary works, thereby bridging the gap between literature and management studies.
